Construction is half complete on Baylor University’s new $100 million facility for the Hankamer School of Business, putting the building on schedule to open next fall.

The university held a media tour Friday of the construction progress on the building, which will be located at the corner of Fourth Street and Bagby Avenue and will be named the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation. Stops included previews of work on a 350-seat auditorium, a conference center to be used for symposiums and seminars and team meeting rooms.

The focal point of the 275,000-square-foot building will be an open, multi-floor atrium with views of key areas like the financial markets center and a student commons area.
